Halo Fam. Nice to meet you again.
Today’s different and so we’ll discuss meals that can be easily prepared under 15 minutes (for healthy eating!). Believe me, you don’t wanna keep your body (belle) hungry. This will save you from starving. I got this recipe online and thought to share it with you all of course, since we’re all about healthy, tasty, quick and easy to make dishes.
Alright, here we goooo❤️❤️

Recipe Ingredients
500g  Turkey Mince
250g  Black Rice (you can use Coles Microwavable rice)
8 iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed
1/3 cup (80ml) Coles Thai Style Lime & Chili Dressing
1 carrot, peeled, cut into long matchsticks

Recipe Procedure
Step 1
Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the mince. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour and is cooked through.

Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the rice following packet directions.

Step 3
Add the rice and half the dressing to the mince mixture in the pan. Stir until combined and heated through.

Step 4
Divide the lettuce leaves among serving plates. Spoon the mince mixture into the lettuce leaves. Season. Top with carrot and drizzle with the remaining dressing to serve.
