LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS

Hello ladies and gentlemen I hope you had a great beginning of the year. As we mentioned last month this year is our year of new beginnings. We are going to do all we can to start afresh. This month is the month of love, with valentine coming on February 14th.

but whether you have a lover or not I want you to know that the love of God never fails. He loves you so much. My name is Sandrine Bilong, I am the author of Extravagant Grace: How I gave birth four times without pain. Today I want to share 5 important tips dads can use when their wives are pregnant and in their first trimester.

Women are lucky in the sense that when they get pregnant they can have some of the early symptoms of pregnancy even before missing their period. Women can notice Sore or sensitive breasts due to the rising of progesterone. Fatigue is common due to hormonal changes. Nausea and morning sickness which can be bad for some women is also common. Sometimes women notice a change or increase in vaginal discharge and frequent urination. During the first trimester, women start feeling changes inside and outside of their body and this goes on until she gives birth. On the other hand, men or dads have no clue unless their wives share what they are experiencing with them. Men can only rely on the external changes they see or the changes their wives share with them.

Today I want to share
