PREGNANCY & SEX

Today I want to talk to you about Sex in pregnancy.

Maybe You’ve planned to be pregnant, or you just got
pregnant and you are fine with it, maybe you got pregnant by surprise so you
don’t know how to go about it here are things you should know about sex when
you are pregnant.

1- Get the green light from your doctor  to ensure you don’t have any complications

Check with your doctor if you have a history of miscarriage
or are at a higher risk for

– preterm labour

– Placenta previa

– Unexplained vaginal bleeding

– Discharge or cramping

– amniotic fluid leakage.

– Pregnant for twins

2- Don’t have sex if you’re having contractions or your
water has broken.

3- Are you afraid of Having sex while pregnant? no worry,
it’s safe for you and the baby! The amniotic sac keeps your baby warm and
protected while you are having sex.

4- Are you worried about an audience watching? Chill out
the baby in your belly has no idea what you are doing. Even if he kicks it’s
just a natural response!

6- Have sex because:

– Being intimate with your partner is a great way to stay
connected to each other during this exciting time.

– It’s a mood booster

– It can ease pain and discomfort. Why? Because orgasms
permit the release of a hormone called oxytocin, that hormone can increase your
pain tolerance.

– It’s great for your physical health. It is said that 30
minutes of sex can burn around 50 calories

– it lowers your blood pressure, too!

– Help you relax, improve sleep

7- How about your libido? You may notice changes, but it
depends. Some pregnant women experience an increase in their sex drive while
others experience a decline. If you find yourself amongst those whose libido
decreases That’s ok! You can instead cuddle, kiss, or just talk to maintain
intimacy.

8- best sex positions while pregnant? We will touch on this
topic in a later video. But whatever position is comfortable for you! Go ahead! You may adjust as the baby bump grows though.

By the second trimester, do not engage in positions that put
weight on your belly or have you, on your back for long periods of
time. I will be more specific later.

So …Sex during pregnancy is good for you, the baby and your
partner. It can help you sleep better, lower your blood pressure and even make
you happier! Happy wife happy family.

Remember it’s by the grace of God that you got pregnant! By
the Grace of God, you will carry this pregnancy to the end, by the grace of God
you will deliver safely. Rely on God and you will never be disappointed!

Always remember that the grace of God is available to all
vessels.

If you liked this video share it with your friends. Don’t
forget to read my book, Extravagant grace how I gave birth four times without
pain.

Thank you and happy love month.
